Downtown traffic and event operations vary. Include the event, date, desired arrival, hotel or other pickup address, passengers, luggage if arriving from DEN, and any stops. First Denver Limo is not affiliated with Ball Arena, the Nuggets, the Avalanche, artists, or ticket sellers.

Denver Hotel and DEN Airport Pickup
For a hotel-to-arena round trip, send the hotel address, requested departure and return time, passenger count and any dinner or additional hotel stops. Hotel and residence pickups need a full street address and requested departure time. DEN-connected event transportation also requires the airline, flight number, arrival time, passenger count, and luggage. A delayed flight can affect the event itinerary, so communicate changes promptly and review the Denver airport transportation service.
Choose a Black SUV or Group Sprinter
Private SUVs can suit individuals, couples, executives, and smaller parties when passenger and luggage fit is confirmed. Return Pickup After the Event
Choose a scheduled ride home or request vehicle standby during the event. Include the estimated finish time and final destination so the quote covers your preferred return arrangement.
If overtime or an encore changes the finish time, let us know. We can review the return arrangements and any additional waiting with your reservation.
Ball Arena currently directs ordinary limo pickup and drop-off to the 5th and Walnut entrance of the 4Runner West lot. Review the arena’s current street closures and vehicle staging instructions. Do not assume Chopper Circle is a normal limo pickup point. Dispatch confirms your meeting plan; follow event staff instructions if access changes and share accessibility needs in advance.
