A scheduled return covers two planned transfers; it does not mean the vehicle stays at the venue. An hourly arrangement includes the duration and waiting specified in the quote. For an airport-connected trip, the flight, luggage and concert schedule must fit the complete itinerary. Denver and Hotel Pickup

Pickup may begin at a Denver hotel, residence, office, restaurant, or another complete address. Include every additional hotel or passenger stop in advance. Event traffic and the approach to the venue can vary, so allow schedule flexibility rather than relying on a normal non-event map estimate.

DEN Airport to Red Rocks Planning

An airport-connected trip needs the airline, flight number, scheduled arrival, passenger count, luggage, desired event arrival, and final return destination. Flight delays may affect availability and event timing. Review private Denver airport transportation and report changes promptly.

Choosing an SUV or Sprinter

Group Transportation and Multiple Stops

Groups should provide the passenger count, every pickup address, luggage or coolers, accessibility needs, and one active trip contact. Restaurant, hotel, sightseeing, or additional passenger stops affect timing, waiting, and price and must be requested before confirmation.

Return Pickup After an Event

Where will we meet after the show?

For general end-of-event pickups, Red Rocks directs private vehicles to the Jurassic Lot near Entrance 2. Limousines have separate access and parking rules, while oversized vehicles use Lower South Lot 2. The venue’s limousine guidance sets an 8:30 PM vehicle-entry cutoff, or earlier at staff discretion, and directs passenger pickups after the cutoff to the Jurassic Lot.

Check the official Red Rocks pickup and parking guidance and agree on the meeting point for your assigned vehicle before the event. Follow staff directions on the night. A top-of-venue return pickup, onsite waiting space or re-entry is not guaranteed.

If the show runs late, contact dispatch to review the return time. Waiting is included only when stated in the quote; a scheduled return does not automatically include vehicle standby.

Late-Night Reservations, Weather, and Personal Items

Late-night return transportation should be reserved in advance. Event end times, weather, traffic, and road controls can affect pickup. List mobility items, coolers, merchandise, instruments, large bags, or other cargo so vehicle fit can be reviewed. Keep personal items with the group and check the latest event guidance.
